Kids Personal Training
The NHS recommends that children should take part in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day. We offer dedicated one-to- one and small group personal training sessions; tailored to meet the goals of each child.
Whether your child is aiming to compete at a higher level, move into a better sports team or is a complete beginner and requires fundamental skills and a confidence boost, our coaches will nurture your child through our dedicated training programmes to help achieve these goals.
As well as the physical training, our coaches will promote a healthier lifestyle through good nutrition, sleep and activity choices for the children. Coaches take on a mentorship role with the children and are there to support their sports and personal development.
